Our system works through bookings in advance so we have the best available staff. Mooving Matters movers and packers then work one on one with you from the very first days complimentary site visit, right up to the final completion of your move.
Stage One – During our free complimentary site visit we discuss all the variables and make certain recommendations for the ‘Ultimate Move’. Site visits generally extends to the final home stage we call stage 3, where we coordinate the unpack. Packaging materials are also discussed and ordered, arranging delivery day just prior to the pack. We can also offer and discuss decluttering services options prior to your pack and move.
Stage Two – As your movers and packers we manage the job by recommending and or hiring our preferred and most suitable removalists company. We can be there on the move day to supervise and administer the days ‘unload ‘…this is so we can foresee exactly how the job unfolds unless of course you prefer to manage the removal yourself. On moving day all furniture is directed and placed in correct designated areas of your new home, along with the boxes labelled to certain rooms ready for stage 3 – “the unpack”.
Stage Three – Our unpacking home creators and professional organisation team will arrive early the next day for the unpack and bring your personality and style once again back into your new home. We unpack to completion or for as long as you request.
